Menucha and Yeshua organization
The Menucha and Yeshua organization was established by Rabbi Mendel Kenig, based on a simple understanding: when it comes to families dealing with suffering and illnesses - two or three days of rejuvenation and relaxation can give the soul and body a powerful boost- better than any medicine! Rabbi Koenig came to this understanding from a personal traumatic experience which he experienced in his immediate family, and this is how the organization was came to be.

Help and Support
Since then, the organization has become a center of support and assistance for families that have experienced a disaster or tragedy. Since then, the organization has taken thousands of families in tragic situations to vacation retreats to relax and rejuvenate free of charge at the vacation resort in Caesarea, or on empowering Shabbatons at the Ketron Hotel or at the Mitzpe Yericho Guest House. This is how the largest support group in Israel was created - when these families join our powerful family framework of Menucha and Yeshua everyone strengthens and supports each other.

From then until today
From then until today - there is never a dull moment. Every second and moment is dedicated to activities for families, Shabboses, vacations, rest days, and events. All to bring a smile to the faces of those that are sick and suffering, and to give a hug and invigorate combined with a lot of emunah - to all of our Menucha and Yeshua families.

Thousands of girls with dealing with different stages of cancer, before and after hair loss and during the difficult treatments, participate in support and empowerment activities. They are able to breathe a little easier and gather the strength and energy that they so desperately need to continue fighting for their lives.

Chesed House

A luxurious and pampering resort, which has become the center of the activities of Menucha and Yeshua. The place provides the families who stay with a unique family experience and fun days that bring a smile to the faces of the unfortunate children, and they are able to forget the traumatic experiences they have to deal with on a daily basis. This is also where the vacationers are able to rejuvenate and be invigorated to have the energy to continue their fight against cancer - the vacationers are given a boost of encouragement and strength to accompanying them on their difficult path.

Thousands of postpartum mothers every year enjoy rest and relaxation as part of the subsidized vacation package, which allows them to recharge peacefully, at a very low price. Special discounts are given to postpartum mothers from needy families, to allow each one to relax and rest, and return to their routine of life with renewed energy and strength.
